How do I receive my wallpapers after purchase

After completing your order, you get instant access to your download files. You will also receive an email with a secure download link, allowing you to re‑download your wallpapers at any time.

Can I use the wallpapers commercially

No. Our wallpapers are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale or redistribution is not permitted.

In which resolutions are the wallpapers available

Our wallpapers are delivered in high‑resolution formats optimized for phones, desktops and ultrawide screens. Each collection includes multiple sizes, so you can always choose the resolution that fits your device perfectly

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads

Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with a file or download, we will always help you resolve it.

 

I have the wishlist enabled and want to remove an item. How to do it

 

  • Open the Wishlist.

  • Go to the product you added.

  • Click the product to open the pop‑up.

  • In the pop‑up, click the wishlist heart. The item will be removed from your wishlist automatically.

 

How often do you release new wallpapers

We regularly add new wallpapers and collections. Follow our blog or social channels to stay updated on upcoming releases and fresh designs.

Are the wallpapers suitable for ultrawide monitors

Yes. Many of our designs are available in ultrawide resolutions such as 3440×1440, ensuring a clean and balanced fit on wide‑format screens.

 

How long is the download link valid?

The download link is active for 10 days from the time of purchase. Keep your order confirmation email — it contains the direct download link. If you lose the link, contact support and provide your order ID so we can help.

How many times can I download my purchase?

You can download the file one time using the link in your order confirmation email.
