Mandatory License & Attribution Rules
To legitimately display the AWQS seal, external websites and creators must adhere strictly to the following binding conditions:
- 100% Free / Strict No-Resale Policy: The AWQS seal is provided free of charge for qualifying assets. The badge, verification status, or certification service may never be sold, sublicensed, monetized, or bundled as a paid service to third parties.
- License Notice Requirement: You must include a short license reference on your website's terms, copyright, or licensing page stating that the AWQS quality seal is used under non-exclusive license from Screenpaper Store.
- Direct Backlink Mandatory: The displayed AWQS seal (or adjacent text) must contain an active, crawlable HTML link pointing back to:
https://www.screenpaper.store/awqs-standard - Quality Integrity & Usage Restrictions: The seal may only be placed on digital assets that fully pass the AWQS rules. Misrepresentation, visual alterations/distortions of the logo, or placement on non-compliant imagery is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property Rights: All copyrights, trademarks, logo designs, and scoring algorithms related to AWQS remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Screenpaper Store. Displaying the seal confers no ownership rights.
- Limitation of Liability: Screenpaper Store grants display rights based solely on technical image compliance guidelines. Screenpaper Store assumes zero legal liability, copyright responsibility, or liability for third-party artwork and website contents.
